48 hours, otherwise there will be full charge. If you wish to withdraw your service altogether two weeks’ notice will be required.
As much as required, we walk Mondays to Friday and weekends if requested in advance. Bank holiday walks can be arranged.
Yes, we do and consider it important that your dog routine stays the same despite the weather conditions. When we’ve finished our walk, we will make sure its coat and paws are towelled down and that they have plenty of fresh water to drink.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to walk your dog until she has completed her season.
Only when we have a reliable recall with your dog. We also ask that you sign an Off Lead Consent Form which is required by our insurers. If however you do not want your dog to go off lead we will not let them off lead. Some dogs benefit from being on a long line to give them some freedom while we continue to work on recall.
I am so glad we found Fiona. My 9 month Pomeranian pup has been spoiled with us working from home but I wanted him to meet other dogs and break up his day if we had busy days at work. I came across Fiona’s post in a Facebook group and decided to drop her a message. I got a quick reply and we ended up on the phone chatting about Meeko, she was so friendly and suggested she come round and meet our boy. After the first meeting and lots of questions, we decided a Thursday would be Meeko’s ‘Fiona Day’. I was nervous as he can be hyper on walks and still has a lot to learn. Fiona sent me photos and videos from picking him up, to the car journey and I got great updates of his adventure. We are now weeks in and ’Fiona Day’ is Meeko’s favourite day of the week. He vibrates with excitement when she comes to pick him up and I love getting the updates on how his walk goes. He is also making new doggy friends.
I cannot recommend Fiona enough, she is professional, friendly and treats my boy like her own 😃

Trails 4 Tails , More than just Dog walking.
Fiona has been amazing with our dog Marni, she is a genuine, warm and caring person who has a very calm demeanour with dogs. She has helped socialise Marni from her early puppy days until now over a year old. Fiona is extremely reliable, conscientious and enthusiastic and Marni loves spending time with her.
We are very fortunate to have Fiona’s help with Marni and it puts our mind at ease that’s she’s in such good hands when we are at work.

Can’t recommend Fiona enough!
Approached her originally to help walk our dog Cooper whilst I was recovering from covid - he loved his walks so much he now has regular ‘Fiona Tuesdays’ You can tell Fiona just loves what she does, and it’s reflected in how excited cooper is when he sees her! Their walks are full of enrichment and excitement & we love seeing all the pictures and videos of Cooper having the best time. Trust fiona 100% with Cooper & would recommend to anyone!
